Harvey’s Pink Shrimp

HOOK:   shrimp/caddis hook - size 6 or 8
THREAD:   Pink Flymaster Plus
WEIGHT - lead wire
BODY:  pink salmon/steelhead yarn or fuschia chenille
RIB: - med. Mylar tinsel
TAIL:  Pink polar bear

1. Wind 6 turns lead wire on top half of hook (below eye )and tie down with thread.  

2. Then go down to above the barb and tie in the rib and yarn.  Tie up body and rib to about one eye width below eye.  
3.Measure polar bear to body and tail length, extending about the length of the hook shaft behind the body.  Tie in just below the eye and wind thread back over it palmering like a rib to wrap in firmly 3 turns above barb.  Palmer thread back to eye. form neat thread head and tie off.
